The accompanying adult is fully responsible for his/her own and the child's care, behaviour, health and safety during the class.
We will keep you updated on any changes in the timetable, relevant new classes, and new term registration.
Our role is to lead, motivate, encourage and provide educational entertainment.  In situation of inappropriate behaviour by children, we ask that the responsible adult in class addresses the issues.  We respect that each family has their own rules and methods of discipline, and leave disciplining to the carer of the child in class.

There are no refunds on any missed classes.  Full Term and Half Term memberships may move classes when a request is sent in before 8pm the night before class.  'Make up' classes are not 'Flexible pass' classes, they must be booked in addition to regular classes and only during active membership.
Each case is considered individually and is subject to the company's discretion. There is a processing fee of £30 to cancel future classes.   Any client wishing to cancel future classes should contact us for further information.
The Baby Bear Club reserves the right to make changes to the class timetable, fees, venues, and staff.   When necessary and possible, clients will be notified via email or phone.

Should we have to cancel your child’s place for any reason, we will refund any fees in credit.

The Baby Bear Club reserves the right to make photographs during all classes.  The photographs may be used for promotional purposes in print or electronically.   If you do not want your child to be photographed, please inform us in written form.

Due to some children having food allergies, we do not allow solid food in the class room.
